Titular Director of the Symphony Orchestra of RTVE.
Native of Granada (Spain) and son of musicians, Miguel Angel Gomez Martinez made his first public concert at the age of seven.
After a life devoted to music, Gómez-Martínez has directed numerous soloists and singers of international renown and has been conductor and artistic director of many international orchestras, heading into the most famous opera houses in the world.
Internationally known for not need to lead score and his rigor when it comes to interpreting the works respecting the author's intentions, today he has guided nearly 3,000 concerts and opera performances.
Gómez-Martínez has combined his career as a conductor with the composer of various chamber works, piano pieces, symphonies and concertos.
